Providing video producers with features of light-weighted, easy carrying and high mobility for outdoor actions and events, the Thunderbolt™ 3 storage is designed 2U low height and 42 cm short deep to fit accurately the easy installation characteristics on transportable rack, suitable for both on-site and in-studio real-time editing and streaming 4K UHD digital content workflows.

Wide Range RAID Card Support

Based on the application and demands, users and professionals are able to choose their own desired brand, model of RAID card in the Thunderbolt™ 3 rackmount storage to work. By utilizing a sixteen-port RAID adapter card inside, the Netstor JBOD immediately turns into an enterprise RAID storage with RAID level protection including 0, 1, 10, 3, 5, 6, 30, 50, and 60.

Small Form Factor yet Great Expansion Capability

Provides three PCIe 3.0 slots within the storage chassis that allow the users to make an easy expansion of varied specialty PCIe cards to the Thunderbolt 3 Mac. Except the necessary RAID adapter card to be added, the professionals can still choose to attach two more pro cards such as video capture, video transcoding, audio accelerator, network card and so on in the 2U storage to add extra performance to Thunderbolt Mac.

Daisy-Chain with the Dual Thunderbolt 3 Ports

With the two Thunderbolt™ 3 (USB-C) ports, professionals can have the first port to computer while the second port to daisy-chain of up to five additional Thunderbolt peripheral devices with two 4K displays or one 5K display being positioned at the very end of chain. What's more, USB 3.1 Gen 2 (10Gbps) is supported: connecting one USB device to the second port for work is applicable.
